Activision Blizzard is taking the game World of Warcraft to China to expand its customer base. The move is risky because it has yet to be done, so no one knows how the game will be received in China. Also, many Chinese people are poor and may want to avoid paying a subscription fee. If it does succeed, however, it could be an additional revenue source for Blizzard.
